TERMS AND CONDITIONS
IT IS REQUIRED TO ATTEND AN INITIAL CONSULTATION BEFORE THE WORK IS STARTED
As part of your free consultation, you’ll be required to sign a consent form for the procedure as well as provide valid identification to prove that you are over the age of 18.
Under the Tattooing of Minors Act 1969 and the Tattooing of Minors Oder 1979, it is illegal to tattoo anybody under the age of 18.
The consent form will also include a short questionnaire about any illnesses you have, medication you’re currently taking or have recently stopped and any known allergies.
The purpose of this questionnaire is to allow the artist to give you the best possible advice and safely create your tattoo, so be honest – your information will never be passed onto anybody else.
You can either come at the studio and meet me in person, which is always preferable, or in same cases we can arrange a Skype call.
THE PRICE CHARGED FOR A TATTOO
An hourly rate is charged for the time taken to work on your tattoo.
Generous discounts are available for medium and large tattoos, as well as discounts on your next tattoo if you refer friends or family.
To book a tattoo, you'll be required to pay a deposit starting at £50 per hourly appointment.
If your tattoo will take around one hour, the deposit will be £50. If more than two hours £100 and so on;
For multi-session tattoos, the deposit will be held as payment towards the last session of the tattoo;
The payment can be made at the shop or online, via Paypal or bank transfer. Cash and Card payment are both accepted.
The deposit usually covers two versions of the project commissioned. In case you require different drawings from what we have spoken during our consultation, you will be required to pay a new deposit.
The deposit is non-refundable in the event that:
The client fails to attend their appointment or cancels it;
The client cancels or reschedules an appointment without giving at least one week notice;
The client arrives more than 30 minutes late to a tattoo appointment;
The client reschedules 3 or more times for any sessions of the same tattoo, regardless of notice;
The client arrives to a tattoo appointment without a proof of identification.
